Directions
By Car: If you are
coming by car, you can park in the grounds of Imperial College,
accessible from Exhibition Road. There is, however, a parking fee.
On-road parking is sparse, but free, after 6.30 p.m.
Some of our regular attendees use the
car park in Hyde Park by the Serpentine, which is free after 6.30
p.m..
See also Park Up (and search for
Exhibition Road) for meter parking, Parking at Imperial College (bookings via the Royal
Albert Hall).
By public transport:
If you are coming by public transport the nearest tube station is
South Kensington. Turn right once you have passed through the ticket
barrier and take the tunnel to the museums. At the far end of the
tunnel, at the top of the stairs, turn left and then second left into
the Prince Consort Road. Beit Quadrangle is on the north side by the
bus stop.
Bus route 360 takes you from South
Kensington Underground Station to the bus stop at Beit Quadrangle via
Kensington Gore but takes up to 18 minutes, about the same time it
takes to walk. Buses run at 15-25 minute intervals.
