My portfolio by Mark Pickford
I live in Penshurst Kent, I am 50, a doctor, I have
been diving for 12 years and taking underwater pictures for 3 years.
My first underwater pictures were taken with a Nikon Coolpix 3 years
ago. For the last 2 years I have used a Nikon D300 in a Subal
housing with Inon strobes. I enjoy land photography as well as
underwater photography; I love travel, Jazz and, of course,
diving.
1. Mandarin fish: Lembeh, 60mm + Inon Z240; Nikon
D300, Subal housing. F7.1 1/320. This fabulous little
fish decided to swim up off the coral rubble and follow my focus
light into the water column giving me a sequence of pleasing
shots.
